1. Ticket Price
Each lottery ticket costs £5.00.
Every ticket purchased is valid for one entry into the relevant monthly draw.

2. Use of Funds
50% of the total ticket income will be awarded as the prize fund.
50% will be retained by Pumpkin & Friends Charity to support its charitable work, including the development of the Animal Retreat & Respite Centre and support for disabled animals.

3. Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years of age or over.
Tickets may be purchased by individuals worldwide where permitted by the laws of their country or jurisdiction.
It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that entering the lottery is legal in the country or territory in which they reside.
Pumpkin & Friends Charity reserves the right to refuse or cancel entries where participation would breach local laws or regulations.

4. Monthly Draw
The lottery draw will take place once each calendar month.
The winning ticket will be selected using a fair and random process.
The winning ticket number will be published on Pumpkin & Friends Charity’s website and/or official social media pages.

5. Prize Payment
The winner will receive 50% of the total ticket sales for that month’s draw.
Winners will be contacted using the details provided when purchasing their ticket.
If a winner cannot be contacted within 90 days, the charity reserves the right to deal with the prize in accordance with the relevant legislation and its lottery procedures.

6. Refunds
Lottery ticket purchases are non-refundable once they have been entered into the draw.

7. Responsible Play
Please only take part if you can afford to do so.
If gambling is no longer fun or becomes a problem, please seek appropriate support.

8. Transparency
At Pumpkin & Friends Charity, we believe every fundraiser should be completely transparent—from the beginning, through the campaign, to the final outcome. We are committed to:
Clearly explaining what funds are being raised for.
Providing updates throughout the campaign.
Publishing the total amount raised.
Showing supporters how the funds have been used to make a difference.

9. Our Commitment
Pumpkin & Friends Charity is a registered charity (No. 1199484) and is registered with the Fundraising Regulator, demonstrating our commitment to fundraising legally, honestly, openly and respectfully in line with the Code of Fundraising Practice.

10. Changes to These Terms
Pumpkin & Friends Charity reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where necessary to comply with changes in legislation or regulatory requirements.
Please note: This lottery will be operated in accordance with the requirements of the Gambling Act 2005 and all applicable regulations relating to Small Society Lotteries.
